Large servings; if you go home hungry, that's on you. This is half of my lunch as take home. The grilled chicken tenders with... mushrooms, peppers, and onions over rice came with two sides (fresh greens and buttered apples for me) and a drink! Reasonablypriced for the portions! Will definitely be back! Read more

When discussing favorite eating places in Rock Hill, SC, my friends always mention the Wagon Wheel as a top contender. Yes, we... have to drive 29 minutes / 24 miles to a different county/city but it is well worth it. Secret: order an appetizer of a smallside of fried squash. You will be flabbergasted at the size of this with fried squash "paddles" on a large plate. They slice thesquash lengthwise. Their "Meat and two sides" are delicious and portions always requiring a to go box. Highly recommend. Read more

My husband and I love the Wagon Wheel Restaurant for lunch and dinner. We have taken our friends with us and everyone agrees... that it's well worth the trip there. The food has always been excellent and the fried yellow squash is an absolute delicacy. Welove the salad bar and sometimes make that our meal. The value, quality and quantity of the meals can't be beat! Read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. It was the first time we'd been here. Apparently this restaurant has been here... so long that it's a bit of a landmark. There's a different menu every day. We went in a Wednesday. My flounder was the best I'deaten in 20 years. My friend got the macaroni and beef casserole which I tried...amazing!! And they were quick, in and out in 45min. Friendly waitresses, generous portions, low prices, and it had that feel of small town where everyone knows everyone. Theyclose at 2:30 and reopen at 4:00 I think and bring cash as they don't do credit and debit cards (probably how they keep pricesdown). This was excellent and it's an hour from home but we are going back soon!! Read more

This place is great. It's my first time here at Wagon Wheel. They put on a great buffet. The dishes are fresh and southern and... home cooked. The green beans were my favorite followed closely by corn on the cob and the greens. My husband really enjoyed thefried chicken. The pork chop was also PERFECTION. You have to get there early or you'll be standing in line. This a CASH ONLYplace so be prepared for paying cash here. The lemon ice cream was so good to cap off the end of the meal with something sweet. If you like this review please click "like"... it helps my feelings. Read more

Fried squash was delicious, cheeseburgers cooked perfectly, calabash shrimp plate was so tasty, lemonade was excellent, not... overly sweet. Staff was friendly and prompt. Will definitely go back! Read more
