I got the #5. It was great. Not the point. When I went in, there was a woman ordering six footlongs and a man ordering two... footlongs ahead of me, in addition to a number of online orders. When we got to the register, we got a 10% discount for thewait. Two things: 1) This location does not have the staff or the efficiency to support online orders and in-person orders.When you are getting crushed, having additional orders come in online doesn't make anything easier. Now you just have twice asmany late tickets. When I visited, the drive-through was closed. Online orders are like the infinite, impossible-to-closedrive-through. Many negative reviews over months for this location mention the service times. Clearly systemic change isrequired. 2) I don't hold it against a store for being busy. This is a "suffering from success" situation. It's appreciated,but not necessary, to offer a discount just for having customers. The service could be faster, but the volume of orders was themain cause for delay. Also, the woman I assumed was the manager had a healing facial piercing.
