Ordered a footlong Italian BMT it was good. Have not had Subway for a while. Bread was not fresh though. The other ingredients... were fresh. Just not the bread. Staff don't like to toast. Staff looked at me when I ordered my bread like I suppose to knowwhich one it was. I was like uh? So staff is not confident in there abilities.????????????????????????. Read more

I got the #5. It was great. Not the point. When I went in, there was a woman ordering six footlongs and a man ordering two... footlongs ahead of me, in addition to a number of online orders. When we got to the register, we got a 10% discount for thewait. Two things: 1) This location does not have the staff or the efficiency to support online orders and in-person orders.When you are getting crushed, having additional orders come in online doesn't make anything easier. Now you just have twice asmany late tickets. When I visited, the drive-through was closed. Online orders are like the infinite, impossible-to-closedrive-through. Many negative reviews over months for this location mention the service times. Clearly systemic change isrequired. 2) I don't hold it against a store for being busy. This is a "suffering from success" situation. It's appreciated,but not necessary, to offer a discount just for having customers. The service could be faster, but the volume of orders was themain cause for delay. Also, the woman I assumed was the manager had a healing facial piercing. An inflamed wound is not reallythe most appetizing thing at mealtime. Maybe wait for it to heal more before preparing food? Read more

So I been going to subway since they open an I have always used my phone coupons.so I went to the subway on 6025 an the owner... gone say he has never heard of phone coupons when that have to be a lie so I gave my coupon up on my phone for nothing. RUDE. This place has gone so far downhill and the customer service is non-existent from management. The hag of a manager on... shift 4/4/22 at 730pm needs to be let go. The 2 ladies on staff with her were fine, but she?s absolutely rude and unpleasant todeal with. Read more

My husband and I ordered today a no bread bowl and a wrap. To be delivered since both our children are sick and we are home... caring for them. On my bowl, I asked for more lettuce and extra black olives. My husband's wrap was supposed to be cut andwarm. My bowl had maybe a cup of lettuce and one black olive lol. my tomato still had a nice of stem in the center. and myhusband's wrap was cold and uncut. So my husband called the employee that answered passed the call to the manager. The managerwas RUDE.AND and said these calls are why the staff is quitting. . This is the Subway on Stellhorn.. Try to go to the lobby but they were short staff so they close have to go to the drive thru for the first time. I wanted their... new Tuna Melt but wanted the Italian and herbs bread ???? the lady keep telling me I can only do the white bread, each time sheraise her voice on me. I had that in the Italian herbs bread before I know what I wanted I eaten at subway many times manydifferent locations. She was so rude that I didn?t bother to order anymore. Customer service sucks!
