This was my daughter and I's first visit here. I was definitely not impressed. The only reason I'm even rating it 2 stars is... because my daughter said that her ice cream was very good. However, the staff were probably the most inattentive and unfriendlypeople I've ever seen. We stepped up to the counter to ask about some of the menu items, and the gentleman pointed at the boardand told us "it's pretty self explanatory" and barely spoke up enough for us to hear him. We stood at the counter for severalminutes before anyone even took our order. There was no "sorry for the wait" or "we'll be with you in a moment". They justignored everyone coming into the store while they did their thing. Not a very welcoming environment at all. I just wanted to getthe ice cream that I paid for and get out of there. Ice cream was great. Employees were ok. The flow of this place horrible! People come in to order have to squeeze by people that... are seated. The music was so loud the employees can't hear well. There was an employee adding stuff to people's drinks afterthey drank from them and handed them back. Seems unorganized with how the flow goes in there. Read more
There were four kids and three adults getting ice cream. Two staff members were there and one seemed to be taking his sweet time... so that his coworker had to make more of the orders. Only one person was waiting while my wife and I stood ignored at theregister. We spent a good fifteen to twenty minutes waiting at the register. They gave the mom of the group her ice cream and,reasonably, she POLITELY asked for a spoon. The blonde woman working today said, "I'll see what I can do," and walked away tothe back. Who does that? Absolute terrible behavior from the staff today. What happened to this place? I guess asking for aspoon in an ice cream shop is too much to ask for. And again, the family were being polite. literally terrible experience. i went approximately 20 minutes after open and they weren?t busy, me getting a single tea and 2... people in front of me. well. i tried to order, they didn?t have pineapple syrup or honey boba so i tried to get something elsebut it seemed they were out of everything. the person i was with got a drink, which we waited over 30 minutes for them to put apump of syrup and tea into a cup. and it was eight dollars! there was also no ice on a 90 degree day. the lid wasn?t place rightand it spilled and they didn?t offer to put the lid on another way, just said sorry and gave us this full cup of tea. justwasn?t great. seemed understaffed too, two employees simply can?t run a high volume store. Place is really cool to go to. They have seating inside now which is nice. Ice cream idea and combos are amazing. They are... intricately made, so be patient. It is definitely worth it. Read more
Rolled ice cream done right!! The flavors were great and the ice cream was delicious and very creative!!
This was our 1st time here. My boys got the cookie monster and magical unicorn rolled ice cream and I got the pina colada Boba... tea. All of them were so good. I thought the magical unicorn was the best tasting, and if you like Boba, then definitely try thetea drinks cause they're amazingly refreshing ???? make sure to tip them too cause its alot more extensive than you would thinkto make the ice cream and tea's! This is a fun place to visit. The way they make your ice cream treat is fascinating. They put the liquid mix on a very cold... stone and it freezes into ice cream before your eyes. They then take a scraper and make small "rolls" of ice cream and put itinto a cup. They have some delicious "mix-in" combinations. Read more
