I went to Wendy?s on01/23/2022 @334pm drive through and had the worst service. I ask for the FRUIT PUNCH with no ice and they... attempt to give me one with ice and after I repeated my order and ask for no ice and got the worst ATTITUDE from 2 women and Iwill never go back there again. Read more
This place is disgusting! They use foul language, they are rude, & refuse service 10min before closing. The food is cold & some... is burnt if they even remember to give you the items at all! Too much playing and not enough focus on customer service!! It's hard for a shift leader to have a great shift with a team like... this. No sense of urgency at all! I waited 20 mins for 4 funky nuggets and they were lukewarm bc they had sat in the bag wtg onthe fries to finish which were also lukewarm bc they had made the burger wrong so that was additional wait time! You puteverything in the bag once it's ready so that the customer gets fresh hot food even if it is fast food. Small chains are alwaysmy go-to, but was wtg on someone to meet me and decided to get something quick. I pay for it every time!!! ???? Read more
