This place is disgusting! They use foul language, they are rude, & refuse service 10min before closing. The food is cold & some... is burnt if they even remember to give you the items at all! This place has went totally downhill. I totally recommend to shutthis place down or get totally new management! Read more

Too much playing and not enough focus on customer service!! It's hard for a shift leader to have a great shift with a team like... this. No sense of urgency at all! I waited 20 mins for 4 funky nuggets and they were lukewarm bc they had sat in the bag wtg onthe fries to finish which were also lukewarm bc they had made the burger wrong so that was additional wait time! You puteverything in the bag once it's ready so that the customer gets fresh hot food even if it is fast food. Small chains are alwaysmy go-to, but was wtg on someone to meet me and decided to get something quick. I pay for it every time!!! ???? Read more

8 care were in line for over 15 minutes while the line did not move. Several cars left while some waited. Absolutely... unacceptable, the management are unable to do their job. This is not the first time for this to happen. I hope upper managementwatches their employees to see what they are doing. Because they are not working and doing their job at all. McDonald's nextdoor took all the cars that left Wendy's. Whoever owns that particular Wendy's is losing an incredible amount of profit andpotential future customers. Go anywhere but here, a sit down restaurant is faster in every way. Read more
