I placed an online order and when I arrived it wasn't ready. It wasn't ready because they hadn't even noticed my order, so they... said, "it just came through," which was an obvious lie. When I got home the Mozza Meat sandwich was missing, guess what, themozzarella. I tried to call, but the phone number on the receipt was fake - didn't go to Subway. So I had to drive there for athird time to tell them they made it wrong and that their phone number is wrong. Not only did they not apologize AT ALL, theydefended putting no mozzarella on the Mozza Meat sandwich saying I should have added that to my order. Pro tip - you cannot dothis. The cheese you can select from does not include mozzarella BECAUSE IT ALREADY GOES ON THE SANDWICH. Their solution afterdriving all the way back there? They would give me some mozarella LOLOL What a clown show. Again, zero apologies, zeroremorse, zero customer service, and in fact BLAMED ME, the customer for their incompetence. Never again.
