I arrived at their store Grand Theft 5 minutes before close only to find out that I no longer can get a sandwich because he... decided to close his register early and he could no longer ring me up even though they advertise they're open till 9 p.m... sonow I'm stuck at work without food because the restaurant that I was going to eat at decided to close 5 minutes early eventhough they're open sign is still on. Do yourself a favor and go to a location that doesn't close early just because they feellike it. Read more

Door says 9 to 9. At 1pm today 1 of the 2 employees meets me at the door and suggests I go somewhere else, they were closing... early today. Yea, I'll be using my gasoline to go somewhere else from now on. Read more

I placed an online order and when I arrived it wasn't ready. It wasn't ready because they hadn't even noticed my order, so they... said, "it just came through," which was an obvious lie. When I got home the Mozza Meat sandwich was missing, guess what, themozzarella. I tried to call, but the phone number on the receipt was fake - didn't go to Subway. So I had to drive there for athird time to tell them they made it wrong and that their phone number is wrong. Not only did they not apologize AT ALL, theydefended putting no mozzarella on the Mozza Meat sandwich saying I should have added that to my order. Pro tip - you cannot dothis. The cheese you can select from does not include mozzarella BECAUSE IT ALREADY GOES ON THE SANDWICH. Their solution afterdriving all the way back there? They would give me some mozarella LOLOL What a clown show. Again, zero apologies, zeroremorse, zero customer service, and in fact BLAMED ME, the customer for their incompetence. Never again. I do doordash to make a little extra money. I go there to pick up two orders and they didn't receive them. So I said no problem... and went to get my phone so I can show them the orders. I show her and she said I would have to pay for two orders, that werealready paid for! I kept showing her that they've already been paid and she still refused to make the two orders. Thanks somuch. They cooked the frozen egg patties in the microwave instead of the convection oven, they didn't melt the cheese on the egg, the... spinach was old and wilted, and the tea was incredibly weak. The wrap tasted horrendous! I was lucky I didn't get sick! Theyalso didn't know that if you bring a Subway cup with you then you can get the drink at the price of a refill (which was told tome by other Subway employees). Coming from someone with ample restaurant experience: these kids need to learn more about thehealth code, working together, and communication. Read more

I mostly eat lunch here. Occasionally dinner as well. They are pretty quick if you're limited on time. Order a 6" or a 12" if... you're really hungry. There's plenty of healthy choices. I think it's a good value for the price. ???????????? Read more
