Horrible, horrible staff. I asked for two donuts got to the counter and it turns out they don?t even have any to sell yet, I... then proceed to ask for the girl at the window to take it off my bill then as I did not want anything else, she then charges mefor two donuts in which I did not get and didn?t see the charge till I returned back home. I had ordered a coffee that I didwant, and the woman at the window was confused to why I was waiting, despite just taking my money, and never handing meanything. After I proceeded to say just the coffee I ordered and payed for, she made me give her the receipt as she was confusedas if I had ordered anything at all! Difficult to understand how this is confusing as she had just taken my money and given me afinal price? she then rudely handed me the coffee and walked away. Service is extremely rude and mistakes are constantlyhappening. Staff seriously needs a reality check. Read more
Rude horrible slow service there is absolutely no reason it should take 15 minutes to go through a drive-through. Ridiculous
Incredibly rude staff. They never repeat your order or give you the total at the drive thru, and that helps mistakes happen.... Today I received the worst Dunkin iced coffee I've ever had, and it seems like it would be hard to screw that up. Most of thechocolate on my boston cream donut ended up on the bottom of the bag too(see picture). They also rarely give receipts either.Stay away and get your coffee/breakfast anywhere else. I quite literally cannot say anything good about this location. The staff is extremely rude. Especially the boy(?) named Sawyer.... I?m just trying to get a coffee. I did not order snarky and rude comments as well. 5 out of the last 6 times you have messed upmy coffee. The workers don?t pay any attention,nor do they actually care about anyones order. I would expect after waiting 35minutes in line for a coffee they would at least get the order right. I guess I was wrong. To add on to this, they denied myson the use of their bathroom. I ordered a coffee, iced tea, and a coffee roll. Waited about 20 minutes...finally got coffee roll and ice tea. The person... behind me who was flirting with the male help received her hot drink before me and when I asked where my hot coffee was I wastold they were working on it but they were busy. Really??? My seven year old daughter urgently needed to use a restroom. In desperation, I walked with her into the Dunkin Donut location... in Grafton, MA and asked, if she may use theirs. The first person denied, I then asked him for the manager. He came, told me,that he cannot let her use it and that the restrooms at Stop & Shop are open. I mentioned, that she really needs to go and thatI brought disinfectant wipes and I will make sure everything is really clean once we leave. He denied again, saying, that hewould get into trouble with corporate, if he let her use the restroom. So I said ok, and turned around. Once we did that, itsounded like they were giving each other a high five and said something like ?yeah!?. Like it was a big win, that the managerwas backing the other guys back. So I turned around and said, ?Do you think Corporate will be happy to hear that you denied aseven year old the restroom?? She really needed to go and I wouldn?t have asked, if it wouldn?t have been an emergency. But thisbehavior was completely unacceptable! I was there at 5/16/2021 at 4:20pm.
