Every year I celebrate the date I became paralyzed and choose Outback Steakhouse to do it with. The quality of food is... consistent and staff is professional and accommodating. This year (2022) I had my food delivered and Elizabeth took care ofeverything from taking my order over the phone to packaging my meal for delivery. I happened to mention my occasion/anniversaryin conversation. To my delight, she added a card signed by some staff and a nice message. I ordered the Sugar steak, medium rare. The picture is what it is advertised as. What I received was NOTHING like the picture. I... had mangled cut, dark brown meat thrown on a plate. There was a slight pink in one piece, everything else was darkbrown...significantly over done. It was tough, and tasteless. We also has an incorrect dish served at our table, one that wasmore expensive. They brought the correct dish out, but did not change the bill.
