I got there at 10:15 right before their 10:30 close (after a long shift at the hospital) and still got amazing food and service.... I highly recommend the fish! The fries were great as well. The food was good but sadly we had issues with the staff. We ordered a large soda and had to correct them 3 times and they still... gave us a small. Plus they charged us for the large. Then they charged us for 3 cheese sauces when we only ordered 2. On top ofthat they also put peppers on my sandwich when we specifically asked for no peppers. Their communication is terrible and I?mdisappointed that we didn?t get what we actually ordered. We know they can do better since we have eaten here before and hadgreat service. I have loved Portillo's since living in Chicago today heading back to Atlanta. I had to stop as always food was fresh and hot.... The best polish sausage sandwich now an an Italian for later.
