Every year I celebrate the date I became paralyzed and choose Outback Steakhouse to do it with. The quality of food is... consistent and staff is professional and accommodating. This year (2022) I had my food delivered and Elizabeth took care ofeverything from taking my order over the phone to packaging my meal for delivery. I happened to mention my occasion/anniversaryin conversation. To my delight, she added a card signed by some staff and a nice message. It's stuff like this that keeps mecoming back and recommending this restaurant. Bravo! Read more
I ordered the Sugar steak, medium rare. The picture is what it is advertised as. What I received was NOTHING like the picture. I... had mangled cut, dark brown meat thrown on a plate. There was a slight pink in one piece, everything else was darkbrown...significantly over done. It was tough, and tasteless. We also has an incorrect dish served at our table, one that wasmore expensive. They brought the correct dish out, but did not change the bill. We enjoyed a delicious meal. We walked in at 12:45p on a Sunday and waited about 10 minutes to be seated (note: 50% seating due... to COVID restrictions). We had good service. 02/14/22: A Valentine's Day visit with a preschool grandson provided us all with adelicious meal of steak, chicken, and mac & cheese. We arrived at 11:30am. Higher end of the steak spectrum. Outback is really famous for its steaks. This time around I found their burgers to be on... point. The entrance is at an uncomfortable angle with the parking lot. There were fewer spaces in proximity to the entrance. Once in there's a waiting area to the right. The ceiling hangs decorative twinkle lights (bulbs that look like carbonfilament). The walls and booths are covered in dark wood paneling. Checking in required disclosing your phone number, Ithought was rather invasive for a physical company. Booths were particularly deep offering plenty of room. Even if there wereonly booths along the wall and up one aisle. There was an open area with tables and a clear ability to host multiple largeparties. The host was helpful and checked in often enough to keep drinks filled. The food was the highlight here. Everythingwas cooked just right and delicious. Save for the fries which ran a bit too salty this one visit. Otherwise the burger wascooked just right with a good texture and didn't get soggy. Only improvement here is to have a privacy sensitive check inprocess and season the fries differently. Read more
