Waited 25 minutes for an order that consisted of 2 items. When asked to speak to a manager the assistant came & after expressing... my concern she kind of brushed it off to finish ?chit-chatting? with another employee & then proceeded to make me wait until 3more orders came out. After getting my order i had to send it back because I found a hair in it. Decided to jail get a refund asshe acted like it was a burden. This isn?t the first time I?ve had bad service. Read more
They have hands down the best staff in the mornings! Each person has an amazing attitude and they always tell me to have a... blessed day.! I went through the drive thru about a week ago and had only 2 cars in front of me but sat in line for over 30 minutes before I... even got to the window to get my order. The girl was incredibly rude and had no customer service skills. I understand if peopleplace big orders it taking them longer to fulfill but any other drive thru would ask you to pull to the front and they willbring it out. The little girl taking our order had no clue what she was doing. I suggested she ask for help, which she did, they ignored... her till I spoke up, over 5 min later. They were agitated with her for asking. The order was taken correctly, even if ittook nearly 10 min to take. But the entire order was wrong. All in all, I was definitely not impressed Read more
if i could give just .5 stars i would. every time i?ve been to this location they are always out of everything. tonight i went... and got the cheddar chalupa combo and neither of my ?cheddar? chalupas had the crusted cheese on the shell. when unbagging myfood i thought it was a soft taco. do better please :,( Read more
I've been here a few times. Inside is always dirty, the bathrooms and the dining area. Most times I've ordered, they've had to... remake my food. Once was due to them giving me crunchy old black beans. Another time was they replaced my black beans withrefried, didn't tell me they were out of black beans until I checked my food. They also seem like they don't like their jobs.I've only had one perfectly made order, out of 5 visits. Read more
Purchased a Deluxe box and an extra 5 layer burrito on the side. Got home to a missing a hard taco, and then opened my chulupa.... Soon as I opened the wrapper a hair was starring at my face! For sure not my hair, it was wrapped all in and under all thelettuce sour cream and stuck into the steak.i didn't even get to eat my food, after seeing the hair in my food I threwEVERYTHING away. I WILL NOT be eating here again after finding out I am the second person this WEEK who has found a long hair intheir food. This place should just shut down. Over an hour wait stuck in drive thru with no way to leave. What's worst is that they got the... order completely wrong. They had over an HOUR to check the orders. The car in front also had his order completely wrong or itwas not made so they had to refund his money. Don't come here if you want a quick bite to eat. Bring a book, tablet, or an easel& paint to pass the time. Read more
