About what you would expect from a well-run Starbucks, and a little more spacious than many, other locations. The staff is... fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The drinks and food are standard, Starbucks fare (coffees, refreshers, hot sandwiches,pastries, and various, prepacked foods). This location has a drive through, a moderately sized patio, and plenty of indoorseating. If you need coffee and are passing by, it's definitely worth stopping in. Read more

This is a huge Starbucks location with tons of seating for groups or just a quiet place to get some work done. The staff is very... friendly and were helpful. There is a drive-through and this part of town is newer and developing rapidly. Great Starbucks! Read more
First time in Columbus, Ohio. Super nice girl took my order at 10:37am. There are 12 people working behind the counter. 11:14... I ask the nice girl if perhaps my order got skipped. Checked twice to see if a drink was mine but the drink runners said no. Lots of folks just standing around, looked like they were having fun, eating, sprinkles all over:). I didn?t even get offered afree drink or a cup of coffee to make up for the coffee I didn?t get. Happy Thanksgiving. Read more
