I wonder why it's called Starbucks. Surname of the owner, perhaps? In any case, it would be nice to meet the owner. They've... obviously put a lot of time and effort into the place, and they really have an efficient process, what with all the drive-thruand in-store orders that were pouring in (no pun intended, lol). This is what I got today when I placed an order for a grande shaken espresso I think that they should have charged me for only... half of the grande because that?s not a grande, as it is advertised. When I questioned the employee he said that because weasked to go easy on the ice the cup was not full. Am I missing something? The funny thing, I bought the same exact thingyesterday, and it was a full cup. Am I missing something? I?m not happy and I am not going back there. Read more

I just gave one star because I could give less. It used to be the best Starbucks ever. Today on July 23th 2022 was the worst... employees. What have happened?? Everything that I asked for was wrong and they did without any care. My Coffe is terrible, mysandwich too. Since the cashier to the last person was terrible. Sorry but I will never be back at this location. Read more

This place is really inconsistent. Sometimes the orders are quick and accurate. Other times they take an absurd amount of time... and are off, although lately its been more bad than good. I can think of at least a half dozen times over the last few monthswhere I waited over a half hour after my mobile order was supposed to be ready. I've also experienced some very nice staff, andsome very unfriendly staff, although the latter seems to be a result of being under staffed and over worked. After the last timeI went and waited nearly 45 minutes for 1 ice coffee, I've been going over to the Watt st. Starbucks instead. I think its worththe extra 5 minute drive for the reliability. Ordered a drink and they charged full price but when I got to the window they were out of half the ingredients for the drink... itself and gave be a half done drink? My fiancé got a frappe and they gave us a cup that was covered in syrup and coffee on theoutside of the cup. The store clearly doesn?t care what it hands out to customers Read more

I normally enjoy this Starbucks, except we just tried to go through the drive through at 8:40pm on a Friday night when your... website says you?re open till 10pm! And all other Starbucks say 9pm which means regardless you would?ve had plenty of time tomake a drink! Hate businesses that don?t like to stay open till they?re supposed to! Read more

I just took my last visit to this Starbucks. I did a mobile order to pick up at drive-through. I am two cars from the pick-up... window and told them I ordered 10min ago for drive-through pick-up. I was told I MUST walk in or get a refund , as they are toobusy at the drive-through. ---hello, I'm two cars from the window. Also, in the past year, I have ordered a cappuccino at thislocation and got home to find out I just received a 100% hot milk drink... with no espresso in it. I will take my businesselsewhere.
