Wow, I have never experienced anything on the same level as the cluster from last night's experience. 30 minutes in the drive... thru (and it wasn't due to volume). Orders lost rude employees and no one seemed to know what was going on. Whoever themanager on shift was on 10/28 @ 11:30 pm should have this dealt with because this was a hot mess! Read more
We go in regularly on weekends. Our orders come out wrong every time. Today, I brought my biscuit sausage and egg back because I... always order it with cheese. It was handed back to me and I was told it doesn't come with cheese. I told her I ordered it withcheese. She then slaps a piece of cold cheese on it and hands it back. Literally the longest I have ever had to wait in the drive-thru at a McDs, and when I got only our 2 drinks, mine was covered in... run-over soda pop, and when I tasted it, it was Coke Classic when I ordered Diet! I cannot have sugar so I was pretty mad Icould not drink it. Their restroom was nice tho. Read more
