Wow, I have never experienced anything on the same level as the cluster from last night's experience. 30 minutes in the drive... thru (and it wasn't due to volume). Orders lost rude employees and no one seemed to know what was going on. Whoever themanager on shift was on 10/28 @ 11:30 pm should have this dealt with because this was a hot mess! Read more
We go in regularly on weekends. Our orders come out wrong every time. Today, I brought my biscuit sausage and egg back because I... always order it with cheese. It was handed back to me and I was told it doesn't come with cheese. I told her I ordered it withcheese. She then slaps a piece of cold cheese on it and hands it back. I will not be going back to this one. Too many mistakes. Read more
Literally the longest I have ever had to wait in the drive-thru at a McDs, and when I got only our 2 drinks, mine was covered in... run-over soda pop, and when I tasted it, it was Coke Classic when I ordered Diet! I cannot have sugar so I was pretty mad Icould not drink it. Their restroom was nice tho. Read more
Don't forget to check your items. They forgot sauce, napkins, straw for the happy meal. Lines are long and then you have to... drive through again to get missing items. Read more
This one was good. A young man let us order at the counter instead of those stupid touch screens. He was very pleasant. The food... was ready within 2 minutes of ordering. This is one of the better McDonalds we have been in lately. Too bad a lot of the otherones aren't like this one. Read more
We used to stop here for a soda on the way home, they always had the best Coke and Dr Pepper in the area. The mix was perfect.... No more, they turned down the syrup and now it tastes like sweetened diarrhea. Doubtful we ever go to this McDonalds again. Lovethe fries, but without a decent drink to go with them, its not worth stopping here any more. Read more
