First Time Eating Here. I Got A Say I Was A Bit Surprised. Good Burgers, Endless Sides, and Great Cocktails.
The day I went the manager older gentleman silver hair was chewing out the employees in the dining area loud enough to be heard... several tables away. I actually called the girl over and told her that there are several places hiring for better money and shedidn't have to put up with that treatment. Beyond that. The food was good. Her service was great until he upset her and wellit wasn't good from there but I don't blame her at all. Read more
We came in for lunch and decided on Red Robin because my mom had never been there. Our server was great and the food was also... just fine, but the issue is there was hair found twice in our food. When our server brought this up to the manager he didn?tcare. He didn?t even come over and apologize. We were not expecting to get anything for free or even comped off our meal justwanted him to own up to it. Turns out his name is Barry and he is the GM of this location. How can you be a GM and not even showyour face to your customers. We will not come to this location again and urge new management be put into place. Read more
The was the second time in a row that the restaurant completely let us down. Besides the fact it took 35 min to get our drinks;... then an additional 20 to get our pretzel bite appetizer that was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for 10 (warm stale taste andcheese dip had filmy layer on it). After that half the order was luke warm at best, bottom less fries never came either did ourwaitress literally left money on the table and finally left. So disappointed tried calling to speak with a manager they nevercame to the phone either. I will be actually be contacting corporate. Read more
