I placed a curbside pickup order and put the wrong phone number in to contact me. When I went to pickup my order, Ines came to... my car to let me know that they didn?t have what I ordered. my friend ordered a half sandwich and they put almost no sauce, not nearly enough chicken and no onions. I work at the Panera in... Worst Drive-Thru experience! I?m a Panera Bread regular and the service at this location was disappointing. My husband ordered a... hot coffee and the girl who gave it to him at the window spilled it ALL OVER his hands!! The lid was not even on properly. Ontop of that, they got my salad order wrong and gave me Chicken Caesar instead of Greek salad (no chicken). Not only did he haveto park the car and go inside just to switch it out, but we were over charged. Read more
