The day I went the manager older gentleman silver hair was chewing out the employees in the dining area loud enough to be heard... several tables away. I actually called the girl over and told her that there are several places hiring for better money and shedidn't have to put up with that treatment. Beyond that. The food was good. We came in for lunch and decided on Red Robin because my mom had never been there. Our server was great and the food was also... just fine, but the issue is there was hair found twice in our food. When our server brought this up to the manager he didn?tcare. He didn?t even come over and apologize. We were not expecting to get anything for free or even comped off our meal justwanted him to own up to it. Turns out his name is Barry and he is the GM of this location. How can you be a GM and not even showyour face to your customers. We will not come to this location again and urge new management be put into place. Read more

The was the second time in a row that the restaurant completely let us down. Besides the fact it took 35 min to get our drinks;... then an additional 20 to get our pretzel bite appetizer that was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for 10 (warm stale taste andcheese dip had filmy layer on it). After that half the order was luke warm at best, bottom less fries never came either did ourwaitress literally left money on the table and finally left. I?ve visited this restaurant who has a customer and as a delivery driver. I return often for their BLTA croissant sandwich. I... love how fresh all of the ingredients are, I never find anything wilted or less ripe than it should be, and the portions of allthe ingredients are perfect. The croissant is always perfect texture, sturdy enough to hold a sandwich together but never toughor dry. Sweet potato fries are fantastic I think I could snack on those all day! Their regular fries are delicious also. Theburgers are also very very good and pretty big. Unfortunately they have a pretty limited dessert menu, and what they have isreally very expensive for dessert items. Everything on the dessert menu is between $10 and $12. That seems really high for aslice of pie or a couple of cronuts. At the moment they only have four items on the dessert menu and two of them are the exactsame thing in different quantities. As a delivery driver I?ve had good and bad experiences. They have a nice little waitingarea for us to sit in which is not something other places have so I do appreciate that. But I do expect to wait between 5 and 10minutes when I pick up an order from there. I don?t think I?ve ever waited more than 15. The employees mostly ignore us when wewalk in and go over to the waiting area. They?re not unfriendly but not exactly friendly either. Read more

Delicious burgers and a wide burger selection with many different themes and food tastes. Service is okay, could be better. The... unlimited sides are really nice though I wish that they?d add a bit more fries. It seemed like they short you on fries so thatyou constantly have to keep asking for more basket of fries.
