My mother was directed to order from the touchscreen. She did, paid for it and then waited. When no one called her name she... asked about it. They said they had no order for her. They asked her for proof but the machine didn?t provide a receipt. Theyinsisted it would?ve been on her phone but she didn?t have one with her. They were rude & one employee said ?f@ck you?. This place is a disaster. They were short staffed (they told everyone that) and that was the excuse for slow service. I get... that. One of, if not THE worst branch I?ve EVER been to. It?s consistently understaffed, meaning you?ll be waiting well over 15min,... even for just a coffee. I understand it?s located in a hospital, so it?s naturally busy, but this is easily solved by increasingstaff to handle the rushes. Store hours are fluctuating constantly; new hours are apparently 6am-7pm. But it doesn?t evenmatter, staff turn you away 10 mins to close anyways. Which is ridiculous considering the kitchen is closed after 6pm anyways sothey only serve coffees, muffins etc. Orders are almost always made incorrect too. There?s really no saving grace. I picked up an online order here at the hospital and had to wait awhile. It was incredibly busy at lunchtime and two young men,... Joey and Isaiah, were doing an absolutely awesome job at the online pickup order area. Although you could tell they were shortstaffed and getting backed up, these two guys were awesome despite the busy chaos. One girl making food was doing great holdingon as well.
