My mother was directed to order from the touchscreen. She did, paid for it and then waited. When no one called her name she... asked about it. They said they had no order for her. They asked her for proof but the machine didn?t provide a receipt. Theyinsisted it would?ve been on her phone but she didn?t have one with her. They were rude & one employee said ?f@ck you?. I haveproof her debit was charged for an order she didn?t receive. She?s a senior and no one tried to help resolve the issue. She wasmet with nothing but ignorant, rude staff. Read more
This place is a disaster. They were short staffed (they told everyone that) and that was the excuse for slow service. I get... that. But most orders were wrong I saw numerous people in front of me get the wrong order. So I wasn't surprised when my orderwas wrong too. The staff didn't seen to care Read more
One of, if not THE worst branch I?ve EVER been to. It?s consistently understaffed, meaning you?ll be waiting well over 15min,... even for just a coffee. I understand it?s located in a hospital, so it?s naturally busy, but this is easily solved by increasingstaff to handle the rushes. Store hours are fluctuating constantly; new hours are apparently 6am-7pm. But it doesn?t evenmatter, staff turn you away 10 mins to close anyways. Which is ridiculous considering the kitchen is closed after 6pm anyways sothey only serve coffees, muffins etc. Orders are almost always made incorrect too. There?s really no saving grace. Would give it zero stars if I could. Today I used there kiskos too order food purchase large coffee with hashbrown and breakfast... bagel sandwich placed my name for it charged my card but didn't give me receipt. Went up too counter after it didn't print outup @ there desk. So I showed on my TD online banking that I was charged the amount of $10.09 stupid kid said he couldn't doanything without a receipt and manager was on break. Read more
Always busy which is expected in a hospital with only one coffee shop. The Staff look like they work hard. If you go through... the cash registers, Some food orders get completed before others. No rime or reason behind it. The ordering through theelectronic screens is somewhat organized. But the menu is Missing few items. I went through the cash registers and ordered a teabiscuit. I picked up an online order here at the hospital and had to wait awhile. It was incredibly busy at lunchtime and two young men,... Joey and Isaiah, were doing an absolutely awesome job at the online pickup order area. Although you could tell they were shortstaffed and getting backed up, these two guys were awesome despite the busy chaos. One girl making food was doing great holdingon as well.
