All fresh! This little spot is clearly putting fresh everything in their smoothies/drinks. You pay based on the size so ranging... from $8(8oz) to $11(20 oz) hidden gem in my opinion. Akamai, meaning ‘smart’ or ‘clever,’... really hit the mark with us as we don’t tend to eat breakfast - so this was a perfect break to our fast! An extensive juicemenu, using only the freshest local and organic ingredients on Kauai such as Wooten Produce (@nandiwooten) and Kauai islandhoney, Akamai offers cleanses as well as body-friendly 100% organically raised Kauai fruits and vegetables. The woman behindthese delicious juices is Cas Schwabe, who is a true believer in the power of juicing - this multi talented owner and operatorhas worked in film and music, owned retail stores and came to Kauai due to her love of flying helicopters.
