Order is never right or missing something, every single time I order, not once in 10 years have I gotten a correct order. Incompetence. If I give you my order and then I get to the window and you charge me for not my order and then have to rering... my order up and make me wait another 20 minutes in line and I still don't get what I ordered that's that's the definition ofincompetence. I don't understand how it's so difficult to take an order and deliver it, that's what you do... if you ordersupreme you should get supreme as that's what I paid for now I'm being robbed because of the lack of competent staff. You want$15 a hour but can't tie shoelaces or differentiate between no tomatoes and tomatoes when people pay for something that's whatthey should get. When did not caring or having no self appreciative work ethics become a standard? Ordered three items through the drive thru and received my food. It was the entirely wrong order. Returned inside to have the... issue fixed and after waiting 30 minutes for either my food or a refund nothing was done. Having to be elsewhere, I left withouteither. I am happy to take the loss to maintain my timeliness and I only wish these employees showed half of that concern fortheir work. Hopefully the owner deals with this incompetence of they will soon find themselves out of business. Read more

First off I came 7 mile away from my home to this Taco Bell to order my very particular granddaughter something to eat. She... only eat certain things so it?s very important that her food is right in order for me to get her to eat. At the speaker I had torepeat my order 4x. I asked for 2 soft tacos no tomato with sour cream and nacho cheese and 1 chicken soft tacos same way. Theycharged me $13 and some change. I got home and they gave me only 2 tacos and they were both chicken with shredded cheese nonacho cheese with tomatoes on it. Now you know what that mean!!!! MY GRANDDAUGHTER DIDN'T EAT IT SO SHES JUST HUNGRY NOW BECAUSESHE WONT EAT THE TACO SHE WANTED HER BEEF TACOS WITH NACHO CHEESE NO TOMATO!!!
