6 or 7 employees behind the counter chatting, including one that was noticeably off shift. Only 1 making drinks or really doing... any kind of work. While waiting for our order we were told that we would have to leave in 15 minutes because they were closingthe inside of the store and only doing drive through. I indicated we were just waiting on our mobile order then we would go.This was at 1 in the afternoon, still not sure why they were closing the store in the middle of the day. Never seen this before in any Starbucks location. I ordered hot coffee, they gave me a warm- cold coffee. I told them the... coffee is not hot.. Can I have hot coffee, I asked. They start arguing with me ?no this is hot coffee?. Then they said we willmake a new one; literally 2 minutes later, they gave me microwaved coffee. With 2 minutes you can not make new coffee. Best Starbucks! Fantastic customer service skills and consistent! I always feel so happy when I am able to make it over to this... location. The batistas are approachable. If I decide to try something new they have the best exciting suggestions and seemhappy to help.
