Every time I go to the Starbucks in Helotes in the early mornings, they are super busy. I usually go through drive-thru. THEY... ARE SOOO FAST. They are friendly but not overwhelming. Thank ya'll for being so amazing! We all appreciate a great coffee shop! Read more

6 or 7 employees behind the counter chatting, including one that was noticeably off shift. Only 1 making drinks or really doing... any kind of work. While waiting for our order we were told that we would have to leave in 15 minutes because they were closingthe inside of the store and only doing drive through. I indicated we were just waiting on our mobile order then we would go.This was at 1 in the afternoon, still not sure why they were closing the store in the middle of the day. To top it off, 2 of our4 drinks were made wrong. Didn't bother going back to try and get them fixed, drive through line was too long. Read more

Never seen this before in any Starbucks location. I ordered hot coffee, they gave me a warm- cold coffee. I told them the... coffee is not hot.. Can I have hot coffee, I asked. They start arguing with me ?no this is hot coffee?. Then they said we willmake a new one; literally 2 minutes later, they gave me microwaved coffee. With 2 minutes you can not make new coffee. Best Starbucks! Fantastic customer service skills and consistent! I always feel so happy when I am able to make it over to this... location. The batistas are approachable. If I decide to try something new they have the best exciting suggestions and seemhappy to help. I feel like it's Starbucks in the 90's when people smiled and were going by not only company standards but whatit is like to be a human being who communicates with kindness! Read more

I ordered a venti cold brew. Clearly wasnt done right if it all milk and no coffee. If i paid 15 bucks for 2 with just milk.... Which is bullcrap honestly. APRIL 28TH 2022. also has a nasty sour taste so i probably got bad milk as well. Never orderinghere bcuz its constantly not the right drink i am getting diffrent ones each time. Please keep the ingredients EXACTLY what thecustomer ordered. Read more

This morning I ordered my venti like I always do and noticed yet again it?s low. This was supposed to be a white chocolate mocha... with an extra shot. I pay $7.40 for this much missing I was very disappointed. The past couple times I thought they were just ina hurry because it was busy but today I was the only one in line. Very disappointed. Today was the first time I've ever been to this Starbucks location. A group of church friends was meeting together. My husband... got the mocha frappucino and I got the iced green tea. At the time I paid for the drinks, I confirmed that there would be freerefills for my tea while our group sat to talk. When I went to get my refill, 2 ladies told me it cost 50 cents for the refill.I wasn't sure when this new policy went into effect. I asked my neighbor who works at a different Starbucks about this. Sheconfirmed that gold card reward members get free refills. Very disappointed with this Starbucks. Read more
