Came at 9:40 and they close at 10 which is understandable but for them not to answer the speaker or phone, or tell us out the... window is rude and I understand wanting to close 20 minutes early but dont be rude about it three people saw us when we weresitting at the speaker to order and not one said anything and when they saw us looked they hid. We've been to this location before with no issues until yesterday. Waited 20 MINUTES in drive thru before getting order. OUR... ORDER WAS UNACCEPTABLE. One sandwich was nothing but a bun with a few small pieces of meat, not even exaggerating. Theovercooked chicken looked like it was pulled from trash and thrown into a greasy box. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED. SHE WOULDN'TEVEN ACKNOWLEDGE HOW AWFUL IT WAS. SMUG ATTITUDES FROM THE WORKERS, AND NOT ONE SINGLE APOLOGY. We reported them because thiswas by far, the worst experience from ARBY'S ever. Never going back to this location. We got a refund and left. Read more
Personnel need to be trained not to give out so many Arby's S.auce and Horsey Sauce. I got 5 Horsey and 7 Arby's for one roast... beef sandwich. Read more
Ordered reg fries got curly fries. Ordered double roast beef. No cheese. Opened it when I got home and it had cheese on it.
Watch out for this place! They blatantly rip You off. First receipt they gave me wasn?t what I ordered so when I told them they... handed me the second receipt and it was for the same amount and it was still more than it should be. When I asked about theamount I was told that he wasn?t the person who took my order. When I asked to speak to the person who took my order I got theeye roll and the guy walked off! We were here around 11:00, and the food is always good! But service was questionable. During the hour we were here, at least 3... sets of people came, waited, no employees in sight, so they walked out. The only other diners were a couple who had troublegetting incorrect orders corrected. Like I said though, we managed to get our food and it really was good! But they only hadsmall cups, no ice, and the kid's meal didn't actually come as a kid's meal, he just got his sandwich and fries on a tray. Read more
Arby's! They have the meats! I absolutely love getting their double beef and cheddar! It's so loaded with meat you can hardly... even eat it! I'm not just a big fan of a lot of what they have to offer besides sandwiches but it's not bad. This Arby's hasdefinitely worked to improve their facility. Way better than what it used to be. If you're hungry ans need some meat, stop atArby's and get a double beef and cheddar sandwich! Read more
