I have been to other BWW but I really was not impressed with this one. We where sat just under the ac. We asked our server to... move us and her response was that we couldn't because we had already ordered. Mind you it was us and another party next to us.The restaurant was empty. Sat down and waited for 10-15mins before someone came to our table. Then was told we have to order our own drinks and food... through an app on our phones and pay with our phones. We can't pay with a card or order through her or the waitress will getwrote up?! Waitress was nice and explained everything, but that system is stupid. This isn't Walmart self- checkout. Been here a few time. Good service and a typical BWW. Good cold beer mattered the most today!
We went for an early dinner. We were literally the only people in the restaurant area ((not the bar section)) Our waitress... informed us they no longer have menus. We had to scan the 'QR" code on the table. Because I wasn't sitting directly in front ofcode, it took several attempts to capture the code. Once you pull the menu up, it difficult to scroll through. The wings weredone just right. We ordered the "CHICKEN CLUB SANDWICH" the sandwich was flavorful. You could taste the dressing, the baconand even the seasoning on the chicken. BUT THE CHICKEN ITSELF WAS ABSOLUTELY TASTELESS. in my lifetime I have eaten strangeitems. This piece of chicken had less flavor and appeal than a piece of cardboard. Read more
Most horrible experience at this BWW we have ever had. Will not be back. They would not serve us unless we ordered an appetizer... and added our credit card to account....when we did...I got several messages on my phone that account would be closed and Iwould be charged 18% gratuity for only 3 people. We were there to watch UFC fight...so we were taking our time and drinkingslow...(as they will cut you off if you exceed). I received a message that account was inactive for 2 hours so I needed to ordersomething...waitress told us we could only order small beer and not large...(didn't matter still alcohol as far as we areconcerned).. My card was charged the 18% gratuity and my account was closed BEFORE we were even ready to go. Mgmt on site wasrude and hateful. Hope this gets to the right people/owner and something is done about your Hobbs store. Stopped by about 3:30 Sunday evening. Since I was by myself the greeter offered me seating at the bar. The restaurant was mostly... empty so I declined since I don't like sitting at the bar to eat. I asked for other seating and greeter declined indicating hecould not seat just one person at a table. Asked for manager but his first response was I was wrong so that ended quickly.Shame the company is letting the locations provide absolute horrible customer service.
