The waitress was amazing. Very courteous and great personality. The food.... I ordered a chicken quesadilla with 2 sour cream, 2... guacamole. My plate had 2 sour cream and 1 had something in it. And only 1 guacamole. When I picked up my quesadilla to eat it..the tortilla was over cooked and it literally fell apart. I can?t lie this was my worst experience at a chilis. The beer was literally warm, like if it was placed next to a grill, even... the glass was warm. We did not get entrees we just wanted drinks and an appetizer, we ordered the cheese fries and they were notonly burnt but cold and the cheese was a weird brownish color, there were basically no jalapeños on them, maybe three at themost. Disappointed. I really like Chili's. I ordered one of my favorite lighter meals and my asparagus was black dust. The avocado... was brown. My friends rice and beans were dry. Our grilled steak and chicken were fine but not as good as usual. Maybe the cookhad a bad day. The service has good so that is why the 3 stars. Parking was good and our table was clean. Read more

We came in 30 minutes before closing and they welcomed us in our server was the bartender, the male I believe his name was... something with an S he had exceptional customer service. Very cool guy not rushing us and just making sure we had a great time.The food was good wasn't perfect but I know they were closing up the kitchen so there's nothing wrong with that. If it wasn'tfor the service I wouldn't be leaving this review or that tip , somebody should give him a raise. Read more
Save your time and money. Below average on all aspects: service, taste and presentation. Our order was wrong and took over 10... minutes to correct and then we never saw our server again. No refills, no checking on us no thank you, no nothing. And why isthere a water pond right outside their kitchen??? Unsanitary??? Just a horrible experience. Read more
