We were passing through Hobbs New Mexico and needed to rest and eat. We decided to get off the main drag and look for a good... restaurant. Well we scored a great find! We stopped and ate at El Paradero Mexican Restaurant. I ate cheese enchiladas withgreen chili sauce. The enchiladas were good, but the green chili sauce is the best I've ever put in my mouth. That's saying alot because a lot of my relatives are Hispanic because my wife is a Mexicana. If you are anywhere near Hobbs New Mexico. Iwould interupt my schedule and take a drive down Dal Paso Street and stop in at El Paradero Restaurant. Happy eating folks! Read more
My husband and I have eaten breakfast there a couple of times and the food was great! Tonight we had ordered dinner from there... ... smothered chimichanga and a taco plate carne asada and the food was terrible! Burnt and too salty.
