Ordered online with the clunky app. Went to the drive through pickup. The order wasn?t ready so had to wait in the parking lot?... they brought out the sandwiches and didn?t bring the drinks so I went in to get them. Got home and realized they didn?t providechips that I was up charged for online. Guess I was supposed to get them when I got my drink? Why would they tell me in thedrive through lane they would bring my order out if they wouldn?t bring everything I ordered? ?A Kassis Co? on the exteriorwall. Read more
I went thru the drive thru, there seems to be an issue with the intercom. I had to repeat my order several times. Food is... always good, the service is good. But a few times I felt I was more of a burden to the employee at the drive thru window. Ifelt he had more important things to do besides assist customers. Read more

First experience was great. 2nd time I put in an online order for 2 sandwiches and chips. Showed up about 20 min later and... wasn?t ready. Left and came back roughly 10 min later and still not ready. Took 44 min from time of order to get my food, anddidn?t get the chips I ordered. Read more
