Customer service sucks. Ive gone there plenty of time because i like the food but there service is no good. I waited for 15... minutes before anyone came to even get our drink order then the waitress was upset and made a face. Food is great but they needto work on getting people to work snd have better customer service. Read more
Servers lacked customer attention, had to call servers over just for refills multiple times, 2 of us got food after 30 min while... the other 2 waited another 20min on food, place was dead for such slow service, Chips and salsa was good, food was 6/10. Won'tbe back. Read more
We entered and stood at front in front of register/ host area. There were 3 people behind counter. Not a single one acknowledged... us. We were 3 feet away. Stood there for well over 5 minutes. They made zero effort to tell us to take a seat or take us to atable. They just kept talking to each other, barely looked at us and never said a word to us. Extremely bad experience. Read more
Service is terrible. My server never checked with me after bringing meal. I wanted another beer and Valentino sauce but never... got a chance to ask for it. Server seemed primarily interested in hooking up with some young guys at a nearby table. Read more
First, I would like to preface that the food was delicious and me and my family had no issues with the preparation of our... meals. Unfortunately, I must comment that the staff and pricing of Habaneros is quite disappointing and outrageous. Forinstance, our server failed to tend to our table, as we had to keep calling someone over to help us, even atcheckout. Moreover, the restaurant does not have listed the pricing for multiple items, including whether or not they chargefor refills or a pitcher of tea. As previous reviews have stated, one glass of tea is almost $3. Based upon my receipt, theyactually charged $3.75 a cup!! We only had 5 cups and requested for a pitcher to refill our drinks and they claimed that thepitcher was equivalent to 9 cups total, which came out to $34! I could never understand under any circumstance why 1 pitcher oftea would come out to almost $35 and the fact that we were charged for 9 cups of tea when we only had 5. Overall, I wouldsuggest anyone who is interested in eating at this establishment to reconsider your options and be aware of their suspiciouspricing. My advice to the staff and management at Habaneros: be transparent about your pricing. Read more

The service and food was horrible. The 2 girls that served us had no personality and didn't refill drinks or bring our check to... us, we had to go to her and ask if we could pay. I did notice everyone was standing around the hostess area talking toeachother as if there were no customers or anything to do. The food looked as if it came from a microwavable dinner and put on aplate and it tasted old and looked like it was sitting there for a day. I couldn't finish my food. And the amount we werecharged for the food was outrages. Also we were charged for chips and salsa and didn't ask for chips and salsa. I wouldn'trecommend this place at all. If I could I would give zero stars. Read more
