Great place, friendly staff!
It was a great experience expect the employees are teenagers if not aware of what the order actually is. I ordered a toro milk... tea with creme brulee boba. As I received my ordered as well as my fiances order which was a ice caramel latte with boba aswell. We received our orders and they were amazing BUT they were missing the boba.. it was the mane reason for us going to thatstore and we walked out disappointed. Great service! However the whole work crew needs better communication skills , that's all. Read more
You absolutely MUST TRY their fruit cocktail!!! It's the first item in their menu and a recommended item too!!! We bought it for... all members in the family!! And did not regret it at all???????????? If you're confused or overwhelmed (in my case) go for therecommended items it even the girl taking your order will help you!! P.S. Drinks are great staff not so much. i?ve gone in consistently since they?ve opened and at first everything was great but once i... was familiar staff starting passing dirty looks and stares and whispers. I was really looking forward to sticking with thisplace but the more i go the more the younger staff seems to not care, usually messing around, almost knocking things over due tohorseplay, not calling out drink orders (will leave drinks sitting until you go and ask) just a lot of immaturity that kills theatmosphere. Amazing boba place, thanks for opening but it's expensive for the size cup you get, the size cup in the picture looks like a... medium, should up the size and charge the $7.50 for a large and $5.50 for a medium and $4.50 for a small. Read more
