The service today was the worst!!! Something was seriously wrong with the cook!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They... messed up one order that had to be sent back twice then we got our appetizers after our meals and food took so long we filled upon our drinks. Several people eating there tonight were very upset and dissatisfied and disappointed. The pancakes werehorrible!!! I don?t think I?ll be going back to IHOP at least not the one in Hobbs, New Mexico. We were so looking forward toeating there and it was a horrible disappointing experience. Please save yourself the grief and pick any other restaurant DO NOTGO TO IHOP! People were also complaining about the wait time and dirty glasses and silverware. Read more

It was nice, but the food had cooled down and it was kinda cool not warm or hot. My great grandchildren loved the hot chocolate... and they enjoyed their pancakes. The service was friendly. Read more

We were seated right away and our orders taken promptly. After that, all downhill. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and... found out there was nobody in the kitchen. The waitress couldn't be found. She had her children in the restaurant while shewas on duty. Once the cook was notified that he had orders to prepare we got our food before much longer. Walked in to no greeting or from person, waited ten minutes to be told to sit anywhere. Waitress was friendly, and precise. The... coffee tasted old and looked like brown water as opposed to black coffee. I usually get the split decision which was a littleoff tasting but doable and double blueberry pancakes which were pretty good. Read more

Placed an online order which stated ready in 15 min. Drove over and waited at the curbside pick up. It's over an hour later... since arriving and only half the order is ready. Now half the order will be cold and the other warm. And still do not know ifanything will be missing. Do not come here. Update. Other order never came out. They lost it. My first time at this particular one.. Our waitress was very Nice.. and she did her job well. However I don't understand why no... one was keeping the dinning room clean.... It was several tables that needed tending to... My coworker enjoyed his meal.. mymeal was good although it's not what I ordered.. I wanted an omelette I got fried egg that was supposed to pass as anomelette... I do like fried eggs and it had a good taste.. but it wasn't what wanted or was paying for. I really wonder whycustomers have to ask for real eggs .. you automatically give us eggs out of a carton. Should it not be the other way around.Especially in today's health conscious society... Sad to say that customer service, management and cleanliness needs improvement. I went to pick up a 10 minute carry out order... that took total 45 minutes due to drive thru service not attended to, had to go inside, no one to greet, waited again, order wasnot ready, neither was it correct. Others walked away due to no one to greet and acknowledge as they entered the restaurant. Iasked if the drive thru was open, response was our girl that works it is out today. No sign posted to communicate it was closed.No one to answer the calls to the restaurant, calls taken randomly. I asked to speak to a manager, was told the manager is inthe kitchen, she sends someone else to answer my request for a discount due to the inconvenience of the long unexpected wait andorder not being ready as told. The manager sends someone to give me a senior discount I was already qualified for and who neveracknowledged me or spoke to apologize for the inconvenience. I received a $1.23 discount. I have always loved IHOP but thisexperience has changed that. I do hope the manager will seek help to change the reputation they are getting from poor customerservice and lack of attending to customers as well as the overall appearance of the restaurant .
