In the past two weeks I have went in there to get a pizza for my kids and there is a hour to hour and a half wait!
Cashier refused to let me finish my order, I asked for one pizza and she instantly replied "6.98" and then I said "can I get the... cheese bread?" She replied with how much it cost again. I then asked for another item when she finally asked if I wantedanything else. The workers are in the back just playing around and singing to their music. The cashier also turns around afterevery customer to gossip with other people. Very bad experience. No good. When they called my name I went up to get my order &got completely ignored. So I ordered a pizza and obviously this place doesn?t run fast 45 min late on the order I understand people get busy after the... app said my order was ready I went in there told them my name said it was going to be additional 15 minutes so I gave him 17minutes walk back in they accidentally gave my order someone else! As I?m waiting there, watching them trying to figure out whathappened I watched a guy push down the trash in the trash can no gloves immediately afterwards put the cheese on a pizza! Read more

Disappointed, we go at 10:40pm they close at 11pm and tell us they have their machine shut off and they do not have any pizza?s... ready or wings. If you close at 11pm then do that have pizzas ready and you wouldn?t have to make any at 10:40pm, instead ofbeing lazy and closing before actual closing time, do your job, be prepared. Read more
5:20 pm 4th of July 2022 it took over an hour for three pizzas in a completely empty store. The hot n ready box was empty and... the boys in the back were just playing. Poor customer service. went in and ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and stuffed crazy bread. when I got home we ate the crazy bread and went to eat... the pizza and they gave us a thin crust. so my fiancce took the pizza back and had them replace it with the right order. when hegot home with it it was half cooked and covered in grease. I was disgusted so I brought it back up there again and asked them tocook another one fresh and the manager said that there was nothing wrong with it and insisted that the uncooked dough wascheese. I made them give me another o e and the cashier at the front rudly checked it. and to top it all off as I was walkingback our of the store for the 3rd time tonight the manager sarcastically told me to have a good night and the cashier said notto come back. so I won't. it was the most awful experience I wouldn't recommend you go there to buy the pizzas for your dog letalone yourself or family. 0 out of five stars. don't ever go there. I come here regularly, it's a cheap place to get decent pizza. But the last couple of times I have been here, it has been a... complete trainwreck. When I order in store it takes 10 minutes to get an employee to the front to take my order, and when Itried ordering on the app, I was alerted that my order could not be put in the portals (which were all completely empty when Iarrived) it still took me a couple of minutes to get an employee to the front to let them know my order should be ready, andwhile there I spoke with someone else who had ordered on the app and was told her food would be ready and when she arrived itwas not. I would be happy to have this quick easy pizza place back if the service can improve. And I will happily amend thisreview if I get better service next time. Read more
