This place needs help.... first they have poor customer service, I stand at the counter till the employees get through telling... their story, then how do you get an order wrong? I ordered fish and get to my room just to find chicken in my order and wayover cooked I had to throw it away.... I've eaten at this franchise before but this one is by far the worst one. So to begin with we tried ordering at the window and it wouldn't work. Which was okay it's by a busy street. Once we pulled... around and ordered a she told us to pull forward. We proceeded to wait there for 30 min. Two car behind us pulled off before wedid. Once we got our order she said she had given us extra chicken and fries for the wait. I had order a burger and fries andchicken basket with fries from the a&w side. Once we finally pulled off we realized she didn't give me what I ordered and paidfor. Instead she gave me two chicken strips a medium fry and a chicken basket from LJS side. We turned back around to get myfood and when we got there the wouldn't come to the window. Two employees sitting inside their car told us to go around to thefront. Once we went inside and talked to the lasy about getting my burger meal. She tried putting the blame on us for orderingthe wrong way and didn't even have the burger made. She said my meal was the two chicken strips and fries. That's not even ameal on the menu. So after I finally get what I think is my meal I get a burnt burger that didn't have the double patties thatI PAID for. My guess is she thought she could just give me what ever leftovers she already had made instead of doing the workshe's paid to. Will never be going here again. Read more

ordered the lobster bites and it was literally a bite of lobster. HAHA. Poor servings of food for almost 12$ and everything was... thrown in the box with no sense of organization or customer curtsey. Check your food before you leave. This meal is definitelynot worth driving all the way home to find 3 bits of crust. I called the establishment and was compensated for the poorly puttogether meal but what an INCONVENIENCE. 1 picture is the initial serving I got, 2nd picture is what I was suppose to get. Read more
very clean , nice staff, had the lobster bites and a chicken tenders meal. everything was tasty 5 star visit , thank you again
