There's not much I can tell you about McDonald's that you don't already know. It's one of the biggest fast food chains in... America if not the entire world. It has cheap food and really good McCafe drinks, like the caramel frappe which I love andprefer over Starbucks. Although it may be a good place to go to grab a quick bite, they don't have the cleanest diningenvironment. There is flies, I've been to every McDonald's in Hobbs and they all have the same fly issue, and the bathrooms areusually kinda nasty. Otherwise it's fine. Read more
Tried to use the app and my points for a frappe. In the drive thru they couldn't even find my order. Had to park, go in and... talk to a manager. "Oh! There it is!" So I got it, but really was inconvenienced. My points had always expired before - anotherproblem - so I was determined to use them and actually get something free. Read more
The staff that we met were very nice and polite. The problem was that my and I ordered Big Macs. They come out miss stacked. ... Bottom bun then lettuce, pickle, then 2 patties with cheese, sauce, middle bun, then top bun. There was nothing between middlebun and top bun. Top bun just fell off when we opened box. This McDonald's is known for being a busy location, being the only location open 24/7, and somehow the tables and bathrooms are... always clean, I appreciate whoever is in charge of cleanliness, because they are clearly dedicated. Read more
