Well I had a bad experience 6 months ago and figured by now they would of cleaned up their act, guess not. Looking at reviews... from only a few days ago shows it's just getting worse. PIZZA INN or CEASARS it is. Rather drive to get a good pizza then dealwith trash service or food. I wonder when it closes what it will turn into next ???? Read more

I ordered 2 Chicken Alfredo Pasta dinners. The order had milk or very diluted Alfredo sauce running out of the container. There... was very little chicken in either of the dishes. I've ordered these in the past from this location on Turner St. in Hobbs aswell as other in NM, TX and AZ. This by far was the worst prepared order by far. It was my first time going to this one ... The restaurant was clean and the employees are friendly... Nice place

No one was in the store with my husband and I but one other customer, who the cashier was having a conversation with before we... entered. We told her our order multiple times. I?m a vegetarian and my partner isn?t, so we asked for half meat and halfveggies. She was so deep in her conversation that she put meat on the whole pizza and the veggies on one side. There?s more meaton the veggie side than anything so I can?t even eat my side of the pizza. There?s really no excuse because they were notslammed with orders; her conversation was obviously more important than doing her job properly. The only reason I didn?t have itremade is because I was pressed for time and it took 10 minutes to make. Read more

I placed a mobile order, we arrived to pick up our order by the time stated on the confirmation email. 30 minutes we waited... after checking in via email. I called the store and was placed on hold before I was able to speak. I held about 10 minutes,then ended the call. I then spoke with Pizza Hut customer service and was told that they could not verify my order my phonenumber. I was then placed on hold so that I could be transferred to the restaurant once again but the line was busy. I calledthe restaurant a third time, the phone was answered by an individual who found my order and I told the individual that I was nothappy with the fact that we waited so long and that the pizza was now cold. We used the curbside pick up but actually had toenter the restaurant because our order was not brought out even after verifying that it was ready. I returned to my vehicleand discovered that one of the pizzas was incorrect. I then went back into the restaurant to have them correct their mistakeand had to make my children wait another 15-20 minutes to eat after having to wait 45 after the pickup time stated on the email. I would have canceled the order all together but feared that I would not have been able to receive the refund and my childrenrequested Pizza Hut. Read more
