Ordered a chilli cheese coney alone. After waiting it for more than 20 minutes I decided to go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, we did not have a very good experience at this particular sonic in Big Springs. We were going to Whataburger... which was across the street but we decided to sit outside and eat here. Big mistake! While ordering they told us they were outof so many items! That should have been our sign to just leave. But we didn't. Our food arrived and then were told they didn'thave Ketchup, the softdrinks were flat and then the tater tots were very dark. The server brought the manager out because wewere questioning the color and amount of grease that was coming out of the tator tots. Only to be told that the oil needed to bechanged. Such a shame because we paid a good amount of money and weren't able to enjoy our whole meal. 2 stars because theburger was delicious! Read more
They always take forever to answer the call buttons and mess up order and then take forever to fix the order then they forget... about us and our order and I walk up and they are just on the phone. And the lady was rude. Mind you there are 4 cars total. IfI could give negative stars I would. Read more
Really bad experience. Ordered 4 burgers with sides to go. Guy brought me sack and left. Checked sack and was one burger... short. Pushed red button and lady answered. When I tried explain about missing hunger she she would send someone out to talkwith me. After thirty minutes of no one coming out and not answering five or six times of pushing button with no answer gaveup. I guess they don't need our business. Read more
Lately I've been ordering off the app for 1/2 price drinks, cherry limeade and strawberry slush, it seems that when this is done... you don't get much of the flavoring. They forgot our spoons with our ice cream and it was hard to hear the guy talking because people were power washing the... pavement. Also, cookie dough blast is amazing but needs more cookie dough. The advertisement said "huge scoop" of cookie doughand I got a tablespoon amount. ???? Anyways, oreo chocolate shake and oreo peanut butter shakes were good. Still a 5 starbecause service is WAY better than the turner location. Read more
Service is horrible takes 45 mins to an hour just to get 4 drinks and by the time we get it the ice has melted the drink is... watered down if you have any allergies just know they put extra of whatever it is to anything everyone seems to have attitudesthe food is good could be better if you get it fresh Read more
