I have gone to this subway for years. I?ve always had such a great experience, except for recently. I have now left twice... without evening ordering anything because I was grossed out. The first time, a lady with glasses walked in from outside. Hopped on the line. Grabbed gloves. And put them on, asking me what I wanted. I straight up walked out. How does the serviceindustry forget about washing hands? I went in today to try again, and I saw a different girl, messing with remotes, and whatlooks like yea packets for personal use. Greeted right away, fast efficient service. Good atmosphere. Quite a busy lunch rush but the line moved surprisingly fast.... Everything exactly as asked for, will be back, new management taking it a notch above. Read more
Ordered a subway club, they only placed one slice of roast beef, 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of ham, this Sunway is not... worth the money! Just sad, so disappointed ???? Read more
The owner of this place is deplorable and has terrible customer service shouldn?t be there working the front of house. I... witnessed him disrespect a woman and her son while they presented coupons that he doesn?t validate and treated them likethrash.He had reacted rude immediately and treated customers like they were not worthy of ?his service? then continued to denyservice and than claimed the customer was no longer welcome at his location ever again. The worst service I?ve ever seen a?owner? display in front of multiple customers. Will not and I?ll spread the word that this place is a terrible establishmentand shouldn?t be visited by and patrons in the general Hobbs area. They were good before but now they have 12 new sandwiches. I've eaten 3 of them and they were friggin good. 9 more to go.
Building is really run down and the weeds are grown in cracks in lot. Moderately clean inside. Food is okay though. Service is... average to below average. Its Subway and its just how they usually are. Dont worry its open even though it looks like a hauntedsubway from the outside. Read more
4 employees working. Only 2 wearing masks - below their noses. And not enforcing mask policy for guests. Did not change gloves... between customers after taking a coupon from one. Sloppiest sandwiches I've ever gotten from a subway. Thank goodness there aremore in town so that I don't have to return to this one. Read more
