Here recently the service has been really bad. It's never been great, but the last couple of times we've gone we've had to wait... a long time once seated at the grill. If you just stopping in for a bite and don't care about the show I definitely recommendsitting at a table, you will get served your food much more quickly. The Hobbs eagle roll and the snow crab heaven roll are someof my favorite, with no raw ingredients. The hibachi steak and shrimp is good and the kids get generous portions. Read more
We in for my birthday dinner, the young lady asked where we wanted to sit. We were sat at a table, and after 15 minutes of... waiting and watching others be sat and waited on I went to the young lady behind the counter and asked was there anyone workingin that sections. She looks at me and said there is no one in that section right now. WTH. So we politely left. Read more
Ehh.. it’s OK if you go during the day, but me and my boyfriend went before closing and our food was absolutely disgusting.... THERE WAS SOMEONE ELSES food mixed in mine, I think they cooked my food in a dirty pan. It had pieces of corn, burned spinachand small pieces of noodles. My food did not have that? GROSS! We got there an hour before they closed so you would think ourfood would be kind of fresh at least but it tasted really gross, our soup had a bunch of residue at the bottom of the bowl soI’m guessing it’s just really old soup from this morning and possibly the bottom of the pot.. I wasn’t very good at alland my steak and rice tasted really weird it didn’t taste anything like how it normally does it was honestly disgusting. Ourwaitress came to took our order at 9:03 and refused to serve me a glass of wine because she said they close at 10, I don’tunderstand how three minutes can make a difference??????????????? old and gross. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms. The chef was fun and interacted with the table. My 8 year old nephew thought he was the... coolest. The waitress was very quick. At the end of the "cooking show" we felt very rushed to leave. She brought the to go boxesand tickets as we were actively taking bites. Everyone was relaxed, talking and enjoying ourselves and they wanted us to go awayquickly. Read more

This place is a good place to eat at and enjoy your family and friends but take out they give the seconds seams like. The walnut... shrimp is very dry so not order unless you tell the to put some sauce on it and if you call and tell them they will tell youthat Tharp do not give another order. Just get a discount when the next time you come in and it’s both that much of adiscount. Read more
Excellent, fresh, & tasty Vegan Options in Hobbs America! You can't go wrong with classic sushi, especially when looking for... plant-based options! Japenese food is def one of my go-to food options! I've never been to a sushi place that does not offerthese rolls. We had: -Avocado roll -Cucumber roll -Vegetable roll -Steamed rice Would for sure get again! Other veganoptions: -Vegetarian Delight (ask no egg) -Veggie fried rice (ask no egg) Grateful to find these tasty dishes! We stopped in, after being in the area for a swim meat. Our waitress was pleasant and quick with our drinks and order. The place... was clean. The busiest part of the restaurant was the hibachi grills, but we chose a regular table. We ordered a couple rollsand some tempura. Their miso soup is nothing to write home about, it was quite watered down. The vegetable tempura, some werestill doughy or had uncooked batter consistency on a few. The rolls, were goodm but most at the table thought it was oversauced. For being land locked, this place will suffice for your sushi fix. If in the area I probably wouldn't come back again. Read more
