I placed an order through door dash, and long story short my dasher had to wait, my food arrived cold, and under cooked! I tried... calling the restaurant but no one would answer. Incredibly slow. They take one order and leave to go make it and get it out before the next order is even take. Just ordering... is taking forever. Once we got our food, the fries tasted old. There were lots of dirty tables and the trash was full. Read more
I order at least 3 times a month from here. Last few times, have been awful from the ordering at speaker to leaving. At speaker... ( granted acknowledged others behind me ) I order a item and instead of " would you like something else,or " would you like totry so and so item, or does this complete your order ". I get a " What else, rudely", go to window, not a hello, how are you "just your total, then no thank you. Order a specific item and get another and always leaving straws out for my drink order. Youneed employees, with people skills and enjoy their job. Otherwise you loosing customers and money, with this kind of attitudes.It's ok to hurry up in orders but can be done kindly, sweet and nice.
