Terrible customer service, "Zach" if thats his actual name was very short and smelled like he had just come from the bar. I... called in for delivery but after being told they were short staffed and I would have better luck picking up I decided to go in.I was not greeted by anyone, and didn't see a single soul until I said excuse me. And I was greeted to alcohol breath from theapparent "Manager", if that's what he's doing no wonder they couldn't deliver my food in a timely manner. Read more
So apparently they don?t deliver to my apartment after 5. Which I don?t mind but the person on the phone was kind of rude and... the manager wouldn?t even corporate. I asked if I could pick it up they said no. I asked if I could meet them outside theapartment so they wouldn?t have to come in. I know that they are scared of getting towed but they can?t have a warning orsomething before I spend $50?
