Terrible customer service, "Zach" if thats his actual name was very short and smelled like he had just come from the bar. I... called in for delivery but after being told they were short staffed and I would have better luck picking up I decided to go in.I was not greeted by anyone, and didn't see a single soul until I said excuse me. So apparently they don?t deliver to my apartment after 5. Which I don?t mind but the person on the phone was kind of rude and... the manager wouldn?t even corporate. I asked if I could pick it up they said no. I asked if I could meet them outside theapartment so they wouldn?t have to come in. I just received my order for the feta spinach cheese bread and the jalapeño pineapple chicken. Let me tell you it was more than... upsetting. Ive never had a problem wirh this location, but today! First, the items came out looking not only nothing like thepicture, they were actually terribly made and burnt. Second, I called the location to ask what happened, and they not only werecold and rude, but they said that their GM was the one who made the order, and that it was made to their store's standards. Heoffered to make it again if I bought it back, but I said what is the point since it would just be made the same way again. Theyrefused to give me a refund, even if I returned the product, and they refusedto be shown the puctures that I took. Like -seriously!? What kind of business is it where you don't even have to try, you treat the customers like they're bothering you,and you get the cold shoulder? I just want my money back. I even pre-tipped $5. Called in my order and when I got there, the employee told me they couldn't find my pizza. The person who took my order put it... in the system wrong under somebody else's name. Issue got rectified quick and was able to retrieve my pizza in a timely manner.The pizza was delicious also. Read more

For the most part this place is always spic and span clean , and the staff is mostly always in a good mood and attentive . I... always carry out because they are pretty good at getting out orders and they have some pretty good managers specials and therestroom there is pretty clean which says a lot about how they clean the kitchen area .
