They make sure to have "gender neutral" bathrooms available but we were told to order online due to low staff so (being the only... ones in the restaurant) stood at the checkout desk waiting for our phone to load...needless to say it took us 15min to order andthen had to wait another 20 for our food. We asked one question about an item on the menu and were referred to the menu....notvery helpful. Maybe before worrying about being politically correct they should worry about having enough staff available to runthe place. Read more

I enjoyed me cheese bread and my ceaser salad but my pasta had no sauce? I got a penne Rosa as I usually do which had the tomato... pieces and spinach but there was literally no sauce. I had to pour my marinara from my bread into the pasta to make it wortheating. I?ve had this before and normally there is a rosa sauce, not sure what happened. Read more

I was in the independence location yesterday for a couple hours...I witnessed the manager on duty repeatedly talking down to his... employees. Some of them looked as though they were ready to cry. Plus he kept sniffling and wiping his nose with his hand anddid not wash before touching food orders. Went there Friday and ordered two meals to go. When we got back to our home we realized one meal was completely wrong and called... in. The manager on clock Brian refused to refund us and wanted us to drive back from Grain Valley to get the right meal and thenpromised us two free meals if we came back on Sunday instead. We get there today and the manager on clock Bobby tried to refuseto give us two free meals and then tried to only give us one meal. When he finally agreed to give us both meals the staffworking there was then incredibly rude and made us wait until after everyone in line behind us had went. I've always been a big fan of noodles & company, I love their Pan Thai, but I always laughed myself because the employees always... either look dead inside, or just visibly unhappy. I don't know how well they treat their employees, but they do not put awelcoming face on when I enter the restaurant. It's not something that I would hate on a restaurant for, I think it's veryfunny, but I am concerned for employees well being. I will continue to give you guys business because I love your food.
