Happened in Castleton Mall branch: 1. Customer service is so bad. My wife asked the guy (he always in the cake area) to be... seated in a less crowded place and I thought he is going to bite her head off. Lack of manners. 2. Prices are too high: Indiandishes are not made from gold, they need to consider the pricing. 3. Tandoori shrimp was so dry (Guys! shrimp is not thatcostly) charged $ 18 for 7-8 little shrimps. 4. Karaikudi Chicken tasted good. 5. Even though I like Indian food, won't be goingthere again. I did not like the Customer Service. Read more
The food is really good. I was initially surprised at the price of each items (~15 USD) but the quantity is a lot. For example, ... 2-3 people can comfortably eat a single serving of biryani. Hyderabad House is known for its biryani and so the northerncuisine (E.g., paneer tikka masala) aren't that great. It's still worth visiting this place at least once to taste the food butI'm not sure if I will make the journey (from W Lafayette) a second time. Read more
The food is great, delicious and would recommend take out or carry. Just due to the fact that the place didn't look the best... inside with trash here and there and the walls not looking clean. You do have to pickup what you need to like cutlery andnapkins etc. But overall food is delicious. Read more
Wow. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The guy at the register is absolutely no help. He doesn?t know what he?s... doing and really needs to reconsider his career. They don?t know how to treat customers- so please don?t waste your time. Thefood may be good, but it?s not worth the horrible experience going to either of their locations. Read more
With many (many) styles of fantastic and authentic biryani available and a fully halal menu this is a regular stop for us when... in the mood for Indian cuisine. Other dishes besides the namesake were also worthwhile, with the chili chicken and chicken 65being favorites of ours. The sit in ambiance is not much to speak of but the portions are generous and the food consistently onpoint. Read more
Really enjoyed the food here, only nitpick would be that the spice feels a bit inconsistent. Things we were told would be spicy... were pretty mild and things that weren't marked spicy had a bit of a kick. Otherwise loved what we got, will definitely be back. Read more
Ordered at 11:55am,said order would be done at 12:24pm. I have a 30 minute lunch. I arrived at 12:20. Takes me 9 minutes to get... there, he verified my information. He said another 5 minutes. At 12:30 I say 'I have a 30 minute lunch, do you know how muchlonger this will take?'. He says 5 minutes. Its not 12:41 and my food is out. If the food was great, I wouldn't be upset but itlacked flavor. There was no one inside, the phone only rang once..
