I didn't know I needed this. And I don't know where to begin. Perhaps with this: FANTASTIC MEAL! Really good food, attentive... staff, all the things you hope for But the best part? My heart is full! The owner/operator of the restaurant came to mytable. Our conversation began in the usual way: an introduction, a check-in, and the bland kindnesses often exchanged betweenstrangers. But then there was a shift. It was subtle, maybe the release of tension in our shoulders, a smile - I'm not reallysure - and before either of us realized it, we were laughing. He taught me a little about his home country (Pakistan), hisculture, his language (Urdu), and even shared a little bit about his family. I told him about mine. And then the food startedcoming! What began, quite literally, as a "cold and stormy night with our hero (me) roaming the streets of Irving" transformedmy rainy Thursday layover into a second Thanksgiving feast. Not sure what I got but it was very good. The guy gave me some hot chilis to put in to give it some extra spicy which is a great... touch. I didn't know what to get so he walked me through so options. Very helpful and accommodating Read more

Was in town for business and found this place through yelp. Food was delicious. Service was outstanding and presentation also... great. Many Pakistani restaurants don?t invest enough in just plain decor but this place is very tastefully decorated. Theonly drawback is that it is inside a hotel that is being renovated but hopefully that will be done soon. Read more

Had their dinner buffet and did not enjoy a single item except the lahori charge. Very tasteless food.

Absolutely amazing food just like the other 2 locations in the Dallas and Houston area. They are going through some construction... work towards the entrance but should be done in a month or so. Service is quick and room service from Mai Colachi will beprovided to the accompanied Wyndham hotel as soon as it opens. Read more
