The actual food is adequate and what you'd expect of any Zaxby's - no issues there. Unfortunately, dine in service is about as... close to non-existent as it could be. I've been in twice in the last three months. Both times multiple employees will look atyou and look away ('ain't my job) and not even let someone know that someone is ready to order. My most recent visit I waitedabout 4 minutes with four different employees making eye contact with me. I finally asked if someone was around to take anorder. The response I got was "not right now, we are too busy with the drive thru". I get that everywhere is not what it usedto be, but I won't be stopping by here again. Read more

Took 30 minutes for our meal. Bathroom was disgusting. Garbage was over flowing from cans in the restaurant. Tables were dirty... and so were the floors. Staff was unfriendly. We will not be going back. Read more

They keep half of your food. Tell you to pull up to the rail and still give you cold food. Especially at night. They have billed... my card several times for the same meal. Been trying to get information almost a week. Do not use credit ???? card here!! Spoke with GENERAL MANAGER and still nothing!!! The owners need to honestly start over with a whole new crew. Sandwich combo was delicious and a great deal. Chicken fingers, on the other hand, are WAY overpriced, especially since mine... were tossed in the wrong sauce. Read more

I've been here several times and have to say that the staff has always been incredibly friendly. When ever I have had to wait... for my food they always apologize in a sincere manner. The food is always hot and fresh. I really like the service herefantastic people Read more

Before the pandemic, service was perfectly fine. Now it's quite inconsistent. Sometimes employees are friendly, but often they... give the minimal attention to their customers. The wait times are absolutely absurd now and it's not uncommon to be in line indrive-through for half an hour. I encourage them to work on their customer service skills and their speed. I realize times aretough but you're just driving customers crazy. I've seen people leave the line because the wait just got to be insane. Read more

It's before closing. The website says ?OPEN?, but the door was locked. We went to the drive-through and the person taking orders... says, ?I have taken my last order for the night!? But two other vehicles in front of us gave their orders and were getting food.Why? No wonder these places are going out of business. The owners aren't there to run their businesses and their employees makeup the rules as they go. It was a little after nine when we went to Zaxby's. Nowhere near their advertised closing time. I came here this evening for dinner. And I?ve been coming here since they have opened. When they first opened the customer... service was excellent and they would always get order right. Today they got order wrong after repeating several times what Iwanted and asking for extra zax sauce. This has happened every single time that I?ve been coming lately and the customer serviceis unfriendly and impatient. They try to rush your order and then of course get it wrong. They completely left off one wholeorder and no extra zax sauce. So I had to go through line all over again. I pray that the managers her please retrain theirevening staff and teach them to be patient, friendly, and how to properly take a order. Read more
