This is a great hotel to stay in. The employees are very helpful when you need assistance. I dropped my phone in the parking... lot and when someone turned it in the phone was returned to me right away. I also dropped my credit card in a tight space andanother employee helped me retrieve it. The room was comfortable and quiet as well. The first time we got on the king-size mattress was like laying on a board. We thought about asking for another room, but we... thought, they were probably all the same. So we took the mattress off the hide away and laid it on top of the bed. it was alittle more comfortable then, but still hard. We Was so glad to go home to our soft bed. We were inundated with bad news of rental vehicles to food arrangements. We found a great comfort and trust in Taft... Higgins-Dunn(front desk clerk), who suggested our transportation and food arrangement through the Shuttle Service that we werenot aware the hotel had provided. We enjoyed our days as we traveled with Paul and Paul as our (what felt like), our personaldriver drove us to the Zona Rosa mall, Harley Davidson store, and other various locations. My wife and I cannot express howmuch hospitality was ensured by Taft and all other team members at this hotel. We greatly appreciate the obvious care you gaveus in a time of disappointment. Back after a couple of years due to Covid. The staff was great as always. Polite, efficient, made the stay very enjoyable. The... hotel is showing its age. There are a lot of cosmetic touch ups needed. Needs a new restaurant. We only eat there due to lack ofoptions. Read more

Initially I was a little concerned with the quality of customer service. But overall it ended up being mostly good. Beds were... very comfortable and appeared clean. Our bathroom was mostly clean, there was some pink molding happening in places in the bathtub. There also was only one small garbage can in the room with no bad in it, but for feminine reasons it would be nice to havea second trash can designated to the restroom. Other wise our stay was wonderful. Comfortable and we will book again. This wasour second time staying at this location. Read more

Our flight was delayed out of Kansas City So we had to stay overnight. We booked a room with this Holiday Inn. We called and... asked for a shuttle and not only were they quick he even picked us up from the car rental terminal. :) Quentin at the front deskwas super friendly and accommodating allowing us to check in early so we didn't have to wait. The hotel is clean and reallynice. Had a relaxing swim and a nice dinner at burger theory, the hotel restaurant. The lobby has snacks and even microwavablefood in case you need something quick. One of the best hotel experiences I've had and a welcome rest during a particularlystressful time. Thanks so much for everything:) Read more

The entire staff was excellent and went out of it's way to make sure our work crew had everything we needed. The young man at... the front desk named, Taft was always helpful and so were all other front desk folks. The shuttle driver saved the day for us afew times so a special shout out to him. Overall, our stay was pleasant. Room was nice and clean. Good quiet locations, since we wanted to be closer to the airport.... Check in was quick, thankful since we checked in after midnight. We just wanted to get in our room and sleep. happy the sink andtub drains in our room were working well and not clogged. Staff was friendly for the most part. We added breakfast for anadditional cost, but wish it came free with the hotel stay like other holiday inn hotels since it was already pricey for ourstay. Also wish they had different selections during breakfast, we ate the same thing twice during our 4 day stay. The 3rd daywas slightly different, but food was average breakfast food. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage. The only complaint I would have isthat the hotel is next to the EXPO, which made finding parking very difficult! Hence, they offered over night parking for theairport, so you’d be lucky to get a good parking close to the entrance of the hotel. Read more
