I just finished a Fantastic meal! The food is fantastic. Atmosphere is cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yuki deserves... special credit for handling questions and a picky special request. This is my go to Ramen place in Katy. I have tried many in and around Katy Asia Town, but I always end up here at Aji off Mason.... The roasted Brussel sprouts are my favorite appetizer unless I'm really hungry then I get the pot stickers. Now for the star,the Ramen. This is the best beef broth I've ever had! I always think I'm just remembering it better than it was until I comeback, and it's even better. The chicken skewer Ramen lacks the bold flavor of the beef and pork bone broth, but is still good.For the little one, the bento box is always a hit with my youngest. Read more
